We were first introduced to Ruairi and the O’Reilly family six months ago. The family wanted to work with Leap to craft a vision and a plan for Ruairi to live a vibrant and fulfilling life in the community.
We supported their application for funding through the Personal Budgets Demonstration Project, securing the resources needed to help make this vision a reality.
We also helped facilitate the creation of a Circle of Support comprised of family, friends, and allies who will offer ongoing support and encouragement to Ruairi and his family.
Just this week we were privileged to assist the O’Reilly family in interviewing candidates for the role of Personal Assistant, they are delighted with the person they have chosen for this role.
